Cancellation Policy

Real Estate Photography Terms and Conditions 1. Services ProvidedThe Photographer offers real estate photography services, including interior, exterior, aerial photography, virtual tours, and floor plans. 2. Booking and Scheduling 2.1 Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 2.2 The Client is responsible for property readiness before the shoot. Additional fees may apply for delays or rescheduling. 3. Payment and Fees 3.1 Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.2 Additional services such as rush processing, editing, or reshoots will incur extra fees. 3.3 Late payments incur a 5% fee per week overdue. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. 4.2 Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a 25% service fee. 4.3 The Photographer may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. 5. Image Rights and Usage 5.1 The Photographer retains full copyright of all images. 5.2 The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for real estate marketing use only. 5.3 Images may not be sold, transferred, or altered without permission. 5.4 The Photographer may use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. 6. Property Readiness 6.1 The Client must ensure the property is clean and staged. 6.2 The Photographer is not responsible for cleaning or adjusting staging. 6.3 If the property is not ready, the Photographer may proceed as-is, reschedule with a fee, or cancel with charges. 7. Liability and Indemnity 7.1 The Photographer is not liable for property damage or personal injury unless due to gross negligence. 7.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Photographer against claims related to image use. 8. Image Delivery 8.1 Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. 8.2 Images will be delivered via an online gallery or download link valid for 15 days. 8.3 Rush delivery may be available for an extra charge. 9. Weather Conditions 9.1 Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions. 9.2 Extreme weather may result in a rescheduled shoot at no extra cost. 10. Agreement Acceptance By booking, the Client agrees to these terms. Modifications must be in writing.
